My aim is to make that thread visible: clearer decisions for leaders, less administrative drag for teams, and a more honest view of what is moving, blocked or creating value.

AI is useful when it helps people see, decide and act. But the answer is not always another workflow or tool. Sometimes the smarter move is to remove a report, combine an activity or change who owns a decision.
A simple rule
“The question is not where can we use AI? It is what expensive or frustrating problem are we solving?”
The business case comes first. Then simplify the work. Only then choose the right mix of AI, automation, systems, process design and human judgement.
Where it begins
Start where work is complex, repeatable and measurable.
The initial focus is PMO and programme governance: a domain full of status, dependencies, steering packs, risks, actions and benefits — and rich potential for better decision support.
