I’m Kannan, founder of Catalyst Consulting and a Denmark-based technology and delivery leader with more than 25 years in IT — including global programmes across logistics, pharma and financial services.
The name Catalyst reflects the role I want to play: helping organisations turn intent into momentum, bringing the right people and ideas together, and enabling progress that continues long after my work is done.
My best work happens where business ambition meets delivery reality. I favour servant leadership, simple governance and giving capable people room to do excellent work.
Away from programme plans, you’ll usually find me walking Copenhagen with a Leica or disappearing down a historical rabbit hole about food. My wife is the main brain behind CPHLunchbox; I’m the willing sidekick who photographs her recipes.
